This spacious apartment in a traditional Viennese old building was extensively revitalized. Elke Altenberger was commissioned after initial furnishing ideas did not lead to the desired result. The solution: a harmonious combination of classic architecture with modern style elements - individual, stylish and tailored to the needs of the residents.

The "Apartment 1080 Vienna" project is a successful example of how professional furnishing advice and sensitive interior design can transform even complex room concepts into harmonious living environments.
The clients approached Elke Altenberger after initial approaches to designing the apartment were not convincing. They were looking for a living solution that would do justice to the traditional Viennese character of the building while still adding a contemporary, personal touch.
The stylistic task was to harmoniously combine tradition and modernity: Elegant materials, selected color schemes and modern and classic furniture were finely coordinated with the historical substance of the building. This created a balanced sense of space - spacious, calm and with Viennese living culture at the highest level.
The result is a modern but tradition-conscious home in the 8th district - thoughtfully planned, executed to a high standard and tailored to the living habits of its residents.
