An exceptionally individual room concept was created in this main residence near Salzburg. Elke Altenberger accompanied creative, nature-loving owners on their way to an experimental design with a strong character. The result: a country house full of expression, style and bold living ideas - tailor-made and uncompromisingly unique.

The "Landhaus Salzburg" project was characterized by creative freedom, intensive collaboration and bold aesthetics. The owners wanted a home far removed from standards - close to nature, experimental, authentic. Elke Altenberger was involved in the interior design from the very beginning and, together with her clients, created a distinctive, stylistically multi-layered living experience.

Instead of submitting to common clichés, a design process full of individual decisions was created - often within a very short space of time. The combination of warm materials, sumptuous fabrics and unusual wallpapers creates a homely depth. At the same time, targeted cultural contrasts deliberately create strong visual stimuli.

The kitchen, inspired by the industrial style, is an exciting contrast to the soft, flowing character of the other rooms. Color and light subtly structure the open floor plan - each zone appears independent and yet connected.

This project shows how interior design in Salzburg can be turned into an authentic, fulfilling living space with courage, creativity and stylistic competence - for people who don't want to live in a standardized way, but in an extraordinary way.
