In an elegant new building in the city center, a 110 m² apartment was designed for a student to rent out at a later date. The inner courtyard location required targeted lighting and furnishing planning. The interior designer developed a stylish and functional living solution with timeless furnishings - flexible, high-quality and sustainable.

Interior Design 1010 Vienna - Living with a future

This apartment in the heart of Vienna was designed as a high-quality city retreat for a student from an international background - with the option of renting it out later as an investment property. The interior designer took on the overall planning, taking into account both the resident's aesthetic wishes and the later flexibility of use.

The challenge was the relatively dark location facing the inner courtyard - which was solved intelligently with a well thought-out lighting concept, earthy colors and targeted furnishings. The interior follows a timelessly modern style that shows character while remaining open enough to cater to different tastes.

A clear design language, functional planning and high-quality materials resulted in an apartment that is stylistically convincing, can be used for a long time and is well positioned on the Viennese real estate market in terms of quality and design. The implementation was carried out on budget and on time - with custom-made products and fine detail work.
