As part of a comprehensive loft conversion, a modern office loft with a room height of 3.30 m was created - flooded with light, reduced, clear. The interior design combines "Work & Living" in a new way and creates an inspiring environment for employees and customers.

In the middle of the Lower Austrian countryside, an office loft was created that combines architectural clarity with homely interior design. The extensive conversion transformed an ageing attic into an inspiring space for modern working.

The architecture and interior design form an exciting contrast: while the newly built top floor with its clear lines and functional structure is reminiscent of a classic office, the interior has a warm, homely atmosphere with an individual design.

The conversion was far-reaching: due to the insufficient room height and outdated building services, the entire top floor was removed and rebuilt taking modern sustainability criteria into account. The result is a light-flooded room with a generous height of 3.30 m - the ideal stage for an interior design that allows work and living to merge.

The reaction of the users was particularly remarkable: The homely working environment was not only accepted, but actively appreciated - and deliberately blurred the boundaries between work and private life.
