The apartment sizes were compact and comprised one to two rooms each. This made it all the more important to use targeted design measures to create an atmosphere that combines homeliness, comfort and functional clarity.

Room concepts have been developed for each apartment that deliberately differ from one another in terms of style and color scheme, but nevertheless follow a common design standard: high-quality materials, fashionably timeless furnishings, well thought-out functionality and stylish details.

Small kitchenettes, modern bathrooms, ample storage space and a harmonious color concept ensure that guests feel intuitively at home - whether for one night or several days. Retreat quality in a small space, with the appeal of a boutique apartment.
